Host Your Event at the National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force
The National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force offers a distinctive setting for meetings, conferences, receptions, celebrations, and special events. Hosting an event at the museum provides guests with a memorable experience surrounded by history while supporting the museum’s mission to preserve the legacy of the Eighth Air Force and honor the men and women who served.
Whether planning an intimate board meeting for ten guests or a large-scale gathering for up to 300 attendees, the museum offers a variety of unique spaces to accommodate a wide range of events. From the executive-style Hunter Board Room to the impressive Lieutenant General E.G. “Buck” Shuler Jr. – Major General Lewis E. Lyle Rotunda, each venue provides a distinctive atmosphere unlike any other in the region.
The museum’s Meetings and Special Events team is committed to delivering exceptional service from planning through execution. Personalized event coordination and attention to detail help ensure every meeting, reception, or celebration is seamless and successful.
The museum is expanding its ability to host extraordinary events through a 20,000-square-foot addition that began construction in January 2024. Upon completion, currently anticipated in Winter 2027, the expansion will feature more than 4,000 square feet of event space and 1,100 square feet of pre-function space, accommodating events of up to 350 guests.
Rich in history and designed to inspire, the National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force provides a truly unique backdrop for memorable events of every kind.
