The museum makes its meeting and special event rooms available for rental to support its mission. We would be delighted to have the opportunity to welcome you and your guests and would be pleased to be the host location for your meeting or special event.

The museum can host a meeting of ten in the executive-style Hunter Board Room to 300 in the Lieutenant General E.G. “Buck” Shuler Jr. – Major General Lewis E. Lyle Rotunda, and everything in between!  Each of the rooms is special and unique. The Meetings and Special Events staff is unparalleled in their dedication and professionalism, tending to every detail, so you do not have to! Services include one-on-one personal planning for all events ensuring that no detail – no matter how small, is left to chance!

The museum began a 20,000-square-foot expansion in January 2024. This brand-new addition will boast over 4,000 sq. ft. of event space as well as 1,100 sq. ft. of pre-function space allowing for events up to 350 attendees. This expansion is scheduled to be completed by Fall 2026, dependent on construction.

Because of this expansion, the museum will not be contracting events in the current space after the following dates below. Please contact the Events Department directly for any events.

High Wycombe   Available through December 31, 2025
